Privacy on ontarioiptv.io

What happens when you browse Ontario IPTV, prepare a request, use live chat or continue to our shared checkout.

Last revised: 18 October 2026.

The site and its support team

Ontario IPTV, at ontarioiptv.io, and IPTV Services have the same owner. IPTV Services handles subscriptions, order information and support. For a privacy question or a request about your information, email contact@iptvservices.online and identify the site, the type of request and an order reference if relevant. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

The main journeys

  • You can read the pages and compare plans without creating an Ontario IPTV account.
  • The household planner runs in your browser and keeps its choices for the tab session.
  • The free-trial page prepares an unsent message. It does not create an account, store a trial draft or submit a request to a form backend.
  • The shared Tawk.to chat loads automatically once per page and may receive technical data before you start a conversation.
  • Checkout and payment continue separately with IPTV Services or its payment provider.

Hosting, fonts and native assets

Vercel serves these static pages. Technical request information, such as your IP address, browser, requested page and request time, is processed to deliver and protect the service and may appear in hosting logs. See Vercel’s privacy policy. Our images, fonts and site scripts are served from this site.

Ontario IPTV does not install its own advertising or analytics scripts. The automatic chat service has separate technical processing and browser identifiers, described below.

The planner, plan choices and entry animation

The household connection planner builds a checklist in your browser. Its code does not submit your answers or an optional speed-test result to a server. It saves planner choices in browser session storage so you can revisit them during the tab session; the planner also offers a reset control. Do not enter passwords, playlist links or router-administration details.

A plan choice may appear in a page address so a link can preserve the chosen duration or connection count. The entry animation uses a session indicator to avoid repeating on every page in the same tab. These local choices are separate from Tawk.to’s identifiers.

Unsent trial requests

The free-trial page assembles a draft from the fields you choose to provide. That draft is not stored by Ontario IPTV in an account, a database or browser storage. You review it, open WhatsApp or your email app, and decide whether to send it yourself. Preparing a draft does not submit a request or activate access.

Automatic live chat

Tawk.to provides the shared chat for IPTV Services. Its script loads automatically, once on each page, without waiting for a click. Tawk may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, page address and service identifiers, and may use cookies or browser storage to keep a conversation working.

If you start a conversation, the messages and contact details you enter are handled by Tawk and the support team. Closing the widget does not undo information already transmitted on loading. Your browser or content blocker may prevent the widget from loading; email and WhatsApp remain available. See Tawk.to’s privacy policy.

Email and WhatsApp

These links open your application with a support address or number and sometimes a prepared message. You can edit or discard the message before sending. After you send it, your email or WhatsApp provider and IPTV Services process the information according to their own practices. Keep a general enquiry limited to the details needed for the question.

Checkout links and attribution

A subscription checkout link passes the selected duration, simultaneous connection count, full USD price and product reference. It also includes utm_source=ontarioiptv.io, utm_medium=referral and utm_campaign=subscription so IPTV Services can identify the visit’s source.

Card and order information entered afterwards is handled on the seller’s or payment provider’s service, not in a card form on Ontario IPTV. See IPTV Services’ privacy policy. Hosting, chat, messaging and payment providers may process information outside your province or Canada; their policies explain their own handling.

Questions, access and corrections

Contact contact@iptvservices.online to ask about your information, request access or a correction, or identify a privacy concern. The operator or provider holding the relevant information can explain the applicable process and any information needed to identify your record. Avoid sending more personal information than the request needs.

If the services or journeys described here change, we update this page and its revision date. Third-party policies may change separately.
